Membership Accounts<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1425\" data-end=\"1474\">When creating a membership account, you agree to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1476\" data-end=\"1654\">\n<li data-section-id=\"10eiqql\" data-start=\"1476\" data-end=\"1534\">\n<p data-start=\"1478\" data-end=\"1534\">Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"w1vulj\" data-start=\"1535\" data-end=\"1601\">\n<p data-start=\"1537\" data-end=\"1601\">Be responsible for all activities conducted under your account<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1i3eqq1\" data-start=\"1602\" data-end=\"1654\">\n<p data-start=\"1604\" data-end=\"1654\">Not share account access with unauthorized users<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1656\" data-end=\"1760\">Account sharing, resale, or misuse may result in immediate termination of the membership without refund.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1762\" data-end=\"1765\" \/>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1oddtqy\" data-start=\"1767\" data-end=\"1819\">5. Subscription Plans, Billing, and Auto-Renewal<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1821\" data-end=\"1941\">Memberships are offered on a recurring subscription basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually), unless otherwise specified.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1943\" data-end=\"1996\">By purchasing a membership, you authorize AngelBG to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1998\" data-end=\"2169\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1c4ica2\" data-start=\"1998\" data-end=\"2051\">\n<p data-start=\"2000\" data-end=\"2051\">Automatically charge your selected payment method<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"7dz2az\" data-start=\"2052\" data-end=\"2113\">\n<p data-start=\"2054\" data-end=\"2113\">Renew your subscription at the specified billing interval<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"uqazzj\" data-start=\"2114\" data-end=\"2169\">\n<p data-start=\"2116\" data-end=\"2169\">Continue billing until the subscription is canceled<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2171\" data-end=\"2272\">All payments are securely processed through Stripe.<br data-start=\"2222\" data-end=\"2225\" \/>AngelBG does not store credit card information.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2274\" data-end=\"2277\" \/>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"l4rkoo\" data-start=\"2279\" data-end=\"2313\">6. Free Trials (If Applicable)<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2315\" data-end=\"2356\">If a free or discounted trial is offered:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2358\" data-end=\"2629\">\n<li data-section-id=\"s9wkvn\" data-start=\"2358\" data-end=\"2468\">\n<p data-start=\"2360\" data-end=\"2468\">The trial will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"u2x79r\" data-start=\"2469\" data-end=\"2532\">\n<p data-start=\"2471\" data-end=\"2532\">You are responsible for canceling prior to the billing date<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"bsjso7\" data-start=\"2533\" data-end=\"2629\">\n<p data-start=\"2535\" data-end=\"2629\">Failure to cancel before the trial period ends constitutes acceptance of the paid subscription<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2631\" data-end=\"2634\" \/>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1xsuvq3\" data-start=\"2636\" data-end=\"2656\">7. Cancellations<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2658\" data-end=\"2709\">You may cancel your membership at any time through:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2711\" data-end=\"2776\">\n<li data-section-id=\"105bd7x\" data-start=\"2711\" data-end=\"2741\">\n<p data-start=\"2713\" data-end=\"2741\">Your account dashboard, or<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"bgco3c\" data-start=\"2742\" data-end=\"2776\">\n<p data-start=\"2744\" data-end=\"2776\">By contacting customer support<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2778\" data-end=\"2791\">Cancellation:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2793\" data-end=\"2956\">\n<li data-section-id=\"dbqcxn\" data-start=\"2793\" data-end=\"2820\">\n<p data-start=\"2795\" data-end=\"2820\">Prevents future billing<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1eyqndd\" data-start=\"2821\" data-end=\"2871\">\n<p data-start=\"2823\" data-end=\"2871\">Does not retroactively refund previous charges<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"6lookr\" data-start=\"2872\" data-end=\"2956\">\n<p data-start=\"2874\" data-end=\"2956\">Does not immediately terminate access if the current billing period remains active<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2958\" data-end=\"2961\" \/>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"xjlsue\" data-start=\"2963\" data-end=\"3005\">8. Refund Policy (Critical for Stripe)<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3007\" data-end=\"3092\">All membership fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3094\" data-end=\"3172\">Due to the digital nature of the services and the immediate access to content:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3174\" data-end=\"3347\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1crtft6\" data-start=\"3174\" data-end=\"3227\">\n<p data-start=\"3176\" data-end=\"3227\">No refunds are issued for partial billing periods<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1l909z\" data-start=\"3228\" data-end=\"3271\">\n<p data-start=\"3230\" data-end=\"3271\">No refunds are provided for unused time<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1bz3ktg\" data-start=\"3272\" data-end=\"3347\">\n<p data-start=\"3274\" data-end=\"3347\">No refunds are granted due to lack of use or failure to achieve results<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3349\" data-end=\"3416\">This policy complies with Stripe\u2019s guidelines for digital services.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3418\" data-end=\"3421\" \/>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1o5klom\" data-start=\"3423\" data-end=\"3458\">9. Modifications to Memberships<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3460\" data-end=\"3490\">AngelBG reserves the right to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3492\" data-end=\"3623\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1ucohix\" data-start=\"3492\" data-end=\"3533\">\n<p data-start=\"3494\" data-end=\"3533\">Modify membership features or content<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ssvu2e\" data-start=\"3534\" data-end=\"3560\">\n<p data-start=\"3536\" data-end=\"3560\">Add or remove benefits<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"pym06c\" data-start=\"3561\" data-end=\"3623\">\n<p data-start=\"3563\" data-end=\"3623\">Adjust pricing for future billing cycles (with prior notice)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3625\" data-end=\"3693\">Changes will not affect billing periods that have already been paid.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3695\" data-end=\"3698\" \/>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1mwwwcy\" data-start=\"3700\" data-end=\"3729\">10. Intellectual Property<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3731\" data-end=\"3865\">All membership materials, including videos, documents, methodologies, trademarks, and branding, are the exclusive property of AngelBG.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3867\" data-end=\"3883\">Members may not:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3885\" data-end=\"4024\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1yvjvel\" data-start=\"3885\" data-end=\"3935\">\n<p data-start=\"3887\" data-end=\"3935\">Copy, distribute, or resell membership content<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"yf2b4u\" data-start=\"3936\" data-end=\"3963\">\n<p data-start=\"3938\" data-end=\"3963\">Share login credentials<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"bs7bjk\" data-start=\"3964\" data-end=\"4024\">\n<p data-start=\"3966\" data-end=\"4024\">Record, reproduce, or redistribute proprietary materials<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"4026\" data-end=\"4064\">Violations may result in legal action.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"4066\" data-end=\"4069\" \/>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"eywv6h\" data-start=\"4071\" data-end=\"4093\">11. Prohibited Use<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"4095\" data-end=\"4112\">You agree not to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4114\" data-end=\"4310\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1rw3na0\" data-start=\"4114\" data-end=\"4162\">\n<p data-start=\"4116\" data-end=\"4162\">Use membership content for unlawful purposes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1t6hblm\" data-start=\"4163\" data-end=\"4203\">\n<p data-start=\"4165\" data-end=\"4203\">Misrepresent AngelBG or its services<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"w2kawc\" data-start=\"4204\" data-end=\"4258\">\n<p data-start=\"4206\" data-end=\"4258\">Attempt to access restricted areas of the platform<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1u2o6it\" data-start=\"4259\" data-end=\"4310\">\n<p data-start=\"4261\" data-end=\"4310\">Interfere with platform security or functionality<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"4312\" data-end=\"4315\" \/>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"qhpz5f\" data-start=\"4317\" data-end=\"4349\">12. Disclaimer of Warranties<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"4351\" data-end=\"4411\">Membership services are provided \u201cas is\u201d and \u201cas available.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4413\" data-end=\"4465\">AngelBG makes no warranties or guarantees regarding:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4467\" data-end=\"4596\">\n<li data-section-id=\"3nevhy\" data-start=\"4467\" data-end=\"4514\">\n<p data-start=\"4469\" data-end=\"4514\">The accuracy or completeness of information<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1mzuweb\" data-start=\"4515\" data-end=\"4554\">\n<p data-start=\"4517\" data-end=\"4554\">Investment success or profitability<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1pozecb\" data-start=\"4555\" data-end=\"4596\">\n<p data-start=\"4557\" data-end=\"4596\">Continuous availability of the platform<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"4598\" data-end=\"4601\" \/>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"4njdho\" data-start=\"4603\" data-end=\"4634\">13.
