We offer flexible brokerage subscription options designed around how agents actually operate. Agents who require full MLS access and REALTOR® membership can enroll under our MLS-affiliated structure, while agents focused exclusively on commercial, investment, or off-market transactions may operate under our Non-MLS brokerage, avoiding unnecessary memberships and recurring fees.

The Non-MLS option is ideal for commercial specialists, investor-agents, and
professionals working primarily with off-market deals, private listings, business
brokerage, and acquisitions where daily MLS access is not required. This structure
allows agents to significantly reduce overhead while remaining fully licensed and
supported at the brokerage level.
Both options provide access to broker support, contract guidance, negotiation
assistance, and deal-making expertise. Agents choose the structure that best aligns
with their business focus—without paying for tools or memberships they do not
use—while maintaining professional support when transactions require it.
