Humberto has been involved with business development through real estate for 25-plus years. Rodriguez capitalized on his skills in business development when he founded and was President of Collin County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, 2000-2010. He owns and operates Advance Casas LLC, a Certified DFW Minority Business, for investment in both unimproved and improved properties in the DFW area while adding value to those communities. Humberto has also been a Contributing Director of McKinney Housing Authority for 5 years. Participating in various professional organizations helps Rodriguez maintain current information about the trends and values of commercial properties.
