AngelBG reserves the right to deny or terminate memberships at its sole discretion.
4. Membership Accounts
When creating a membership account, you agree to:
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Be responsible for all activities conducted under your account
Not share account access with unauthorized users
Account sharing, resale, or misuse may result in immediate termination of the membership without refund.
5. Subscription Plans, Billing, and Auto-Renewal
Memberships are offered on a recurring subscription basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually), unless otherwise specified.
By purchasing a membership, you authorize AngelBG to:
Automatically charge your selected payment method
Renew your subscription at the specified billing interval
Continue billing until the subscription is canceled
All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
AngelBG does not store credit card information.
6. Free Trials (If Applicable)
If a free or discounted trial is offered:
The trial will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends
You are responsible for canceling prior to the billing date
Failure to cancel before the trial period ends constitutes acceptance of the paid subscription
7. Cancellations
You may cancel your membership at any time through:
Your account dashboard, or
By contacting customer support
Cancellation:
Prevents future billing
Does not retroactively refund previous charges
Does not immediately terminate access if the current billing period remains active
8. Refund Policy (Critical for Stripe)
All membership fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Due to the digital nature of the services and the immediate access to content:
No refunds are issued for partial billing periods
No refunds are provided for unused time
No refunds are granted due to lack of use or failure to achieve results
This policy complies with Stripe’s guidelines for digital services.
9. Modifications to Memberships
AngelBG reserves the right to:
Modify membership features or content
Add or remove benefits
Adjust pricing for future billing cycles (with prior notice)
Changes will not affect billing periods that have already been paid.
10. Intellectual Property
All membership materials, including videos, documents, methodologies, trademarks, and branding, are the exclusive property of AngelBG.
Members may not:
Copy, distribute, or resell membership content
Share login credentials
Record, reproduce, or redistribute proprietary materials
Violations may result in legal action.
11. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:

Attempt to access restricted areas of the platform
Interfere with platform security or functionality
